What exactly is a monitor?+
A monitor is one competitor on one channel — their Facebook page on Meta, their domain in the Google Ads Transparency Center, or their advertiser profile on TikTok or LinkedIn. We fetch every active ad it runs, with creatives, copy, links and metadata, automatically. Tracking one competitor on two channels uses two monitors.
Do I need to connect my ad accounts?+
No. Rival Ads reads the public ad libraries Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn are required to publish — no ad account access, no permissions, and your competitors never know. The one exception is LinkedIn, whose official Ad Library API just needs any team member's LinkedIn sign-in to authenticate.
How fresh is the data?+
Starter and Growth fetch every 7 days; Scale, Agency and Max fetch every 3 days. Admins can hit Sync Now any time for an on-demand refresh on any plan.
What does the AI analysis include?+
Claude reads the diffs and the actual creatives, then writes a strategist's summary: creative-style shifts, copy-angle changes, offer changes, which new ads matter, and concrete recommendations for your team. Starter and Growth are guaranteed monthly; a start or stop found by a source check can bring the next read forward once 14 days have passed since the previous read. Scale, Agency and Max are guaranteed weekly.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes — every plan includes unlimited team members. Admins see everything; members see only the monitors you assign to them. Weekly digest emails follow the same rules.
Which languages does Rival Ads support?+
Fourteen, on every plan and at no extra cost: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Afrikaans, Czech and Slovak. Set one for your workspace, let each teammate choose their own, and pin a different language to a client's project or to a single share link — their dashboard, emails, share links, PDF reports and copy sheets all follow. Your competitors' own advertising is never translated: their copy, hooks and transcripts stay in the language they ran in.
What does whitelabel include?+
Everything: your logo, brand colors, product name, sender name on emails, and your own custom domain with automatic SSL. Your clients never see Rival Ads. Whitelabel is included on the Agency and Max plans.
Can I change plans or cancel later?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing period, and cancellation keeps your data safe so you can come back.
