AI strategy reads

Raw diffs tell you what changed. The strategy read tells you why it matters. Every week, Claude — Anthropic's frontier model — studies your competitor's full picture: the new ads with their actual creatives, the ads they killed, and what keeps running.

What's in a read

  • Headline — the single biggest takeaway, one sentence.
  • Focus summary — what this competitor is concentrating on right now.
  • Creative style shift — before vs. now, and what changed visually.
  • Copy angle shift — the messaging angles they dropped and picked up.
  • Offering changes — price points, promos and product emphasis.
  • Artwork read — the visual direction across their new creatives.
  • Ad-by-ad significance — which new/killed ads actually matter.
  • Continued themes — the proven winners they keep funding.
  • Recommendations — numbered actions for your team this week.

How it runs

  • Runs automatically as part of the weekly digest, and on demand from any monitor page ("Run analysis" — takes 1–2 minutes).
  • The model sees up to 8 of the period's creatives as images, prioritising newly started ads, alongside every ad's copy and metadata.
  • Results from the last 12 hours are reused rather than re-generated, so digests and manual runs never double-charge your patience.

Honest by design

The analysis only references ads that actually exist in the input, and it says so plainly when evidence is thin (a quiet week, few creatives). Treat it like a sharp junior strategist: fast, informed, and worth double-checking before you bet the quarter on it.
