Billing & plans
Billing is per workspace, handled by Stripe, and managed entirely from Dashboard → Billing (owners and admins).

Every plan fetches weekly and includes AI strategy reads, unlimited team members, digest emails and full whitelabel. There is no free tier.
Changing plans
- Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
- Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
- If you downgrade below your current monitor count, existing monitors keep their history but you can't add new ones until you're back under the limit.
Payment details & invoices
Manage payment & invoices opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update cards, view invoices and change billing details. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Failed payments
If a charge fails we email the workspace owner and retry automatically. During the retry window the product keeps working; if payment keeps failing, fetching pauses until the payment method is fixed.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your data is retained for 90 days after that — resubscribe and pick up where you left off. Questions? Talk to us.
