Workspace & profile settings

Personal account settings and workspace settings have different owners. All users can manage their own profile; only the workspace Owner can change shared workspace settings.

Personal Profile

Open the user menu and select Profile. The page includes:

  • Name.
  • Change password.
  • Language for your dashboard and the emails you receive.

Choosing Workspace default makes your personal language follow the current workspace. Changing a password signs out other sessions.

The workspace Owner also sees personal profile controls inside Settings → Profile.

Owner-only Settings

Only the Owner can open Settings. Its tabs are:

  • Profile — personal details plus Workspace name, Timezone and Language.
  • Branding — whitelabel identity and custom domain.
  • Integrations — the workspace LinkedIn connection.
  • Billing — plan usage, payment, invoices and AppSumo license details.

Admins and Members use the separate Profile page for their own account.

Workspace name, timezone and language

Under Settings → Profile, the Workspace card controls:

  • Workspace name — the internal workspace label and switcher name.
  • Timezone — the timezone used to present and schedule automatic strategy reads.
  • Language — the default for new members, workspace emails and client-facing reports.

English, Afrikaans, French, German, Polish, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Turkish and Indonesian are currently supported. A Member’s personal language overrides the workspace language for their own dashboard and received emails.

Client-facing language priority

You can choose language at three levels:

  1. Report language on a Public report link.
  2. Client language on the project.
  3. Workspace Language.

The more specific choice wins. For example, an English workspace can set Client A’s project to Afrikaans, while one public report link can still be pinned to English.

Changing an effective client-facing language can prepare a matching strategy read automatically. It does not rewrite historical reads. See Languages & translated content for the full inheritance, regeneration and source-copy rules.

Multiple workspaces

One account can belong to more than one workspace. Use Switch workspace in the sidebar. Each workspace has separate monitors, projects, access rules, branding, language and billing.
