Team, roles & access
Every plan includes unlimited team members. Owners and admins manage the team from Team; members see only the work they have been granted.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full workspace control, including Settings, branding, integrations, billing and the subscription. |
| Admin | All monitors, projects, the Library, Alerts and Team management. Cannot manage owner-only Settings. |
| Member | Only granted projects or monitors, plus the related ads, reports, saved ads, alerts and digest entries. |
Use Member for a client or a teammate who should not see the whole workspace.
Invite a teammate
- Open Team.
- Select Invite teammate.
- Enter Email.
- Choose Member — sees only assigned monitors or Admin — full workspace access.
- Select Send invitation.
The invitation remains under Pending invitations until accepted or cancelled. Invitations and other workspace emails use the workspace’s customer-facing brand.
Access levels
Select Access beside a member to open the full editor:
- All projects — current & future gives the member every current project and automatically includes new projects.
- Whole project gives every current and future monitor in one project.
- Specific monitors lets you choose individual monitors.
- No access grants nothing in that project.
- Automatically add future monitors in this project extends a specific-monitor grant to monitors added later.
Owners and admins always see every project, so these controls apply to members.
Quick assignment
On a monitor, Assign is a fast way to grant or remove direct access for individual members. Use Team → Access for whole-project, future-monitor or all-project rules.
What access controls
The same rule controls monitor visibility, ad activity, reporting, the workspace Library, instant new-ad alerts and the weekly digest. A member scoped to Client A should not see Client B’s monitor or receive Client B’s email content.
For a complete client setup scenario, follow Manage client access. For project behavior, see Monitors & projects.
