Teams & roles
Every plan includes unlimited team members. Access is scoped so each person sees exactly what they should.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. The person who created the workspace. |
| Admin | Manage monitors, team, branding, domains and billing. Sees all monitors. |
| Member | Sees only the monitors assigned to them — boards, analyses and digests included. |
Inviting teammates
- Go to Team → Invite teammate.
- Enter their email and pick a role. They get a branded invitation email.
- They accept the invite (creating an account if needed) and land in your workspace.
Assigning monitors
On any monitor page, hit Assignand tick the members who should cover that competitor. Assignment controls both dashboard visibility and who receives that monitor's section in the weekly digest email.
Multiple workspaces
One account can belong to many workspaces (your agency's and a client's, say). Switch between them from the sidebar — each workspace has its own plan, team and branding.
